Rehab India Foundation organized a Gaurdian Awareness Programme in Musafartola Primary School, Bansibari. Mr. Shamim Aktar, Community Teacher welcomed the gathering. Mr. Bhartijha, Headmistress inaugurated the gathering and said that she will always support these villages for their development in education. Mr. Sadagar Ali, Project Coordinator, briefed that gathering about the duties and responsibilities of parents towards the education of their children. Mr. Abdur Rashid, Imam explained about the significance of education in the light of Qur’an and Hadith.
Education is the most important factor which plays a great role in the development of an individual as well as a country. Education is very important to all of us as it plays very important roles in our life, in order to live a better and peaceful life, we need to be educated. It transforms us completely from inside and outside, by changing our mind and personality as well as improving our confidence level.

Majority of India still lives in villages and so the topic of rural education in India is of utmost importance. Quality and access to education is the major concern in rural schools as there are fewer committed teachers, lack of proper books and learning material in the schools.
As national festival, Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated by the entire nation on 2nd of October to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhiji. Rehab India Foundation celebrated the occasion in our VDPs with great zeal, enthusiasm and patriotism.
Deep insight into the life and times of Gandhiji was given to the children and encouraged them to think about the sacrifice of our freedom fighters and analyze the importance of freedom through activities such as speech, poem and skits.
To address the rural educare problem, Rehab India Foundation is running free Tuition Centre, to make less privileged children competent enough to compete with the privileged. It is for young students who perform poorly in their academics and dropouts at the primary level and end up as laborers. It provides support for students to enroll in Tuition Centre to pursue their passion and bring out their talents.
